• Total Clients Accessing PRF: 12,933 verified individuals & households utilizing funds for agriculture, trade, and small enterprises
• Clients Yet to Receive PRF: 3,109 clients (Pending disbursement 2nd season 2025, assessment ongoing)

3. Key Issues and Challenges

Data inconsistencies between the Parish Development Model Information System (PDMIS) and Mobile Money (MoMo) platform have caused temporary withholding of funds for affected clients. Issues include mismatched names, NINs, phone numbers, and account details.

4. Way Forward

• Ongoing data cleaning and reconciliation with sub-county focal persons, parish chiefs, and technical teams to expedite fund release.
• Collaboration with Ministry of ICT and financial institutions to improve system integration and accuracy.
• Continuous client sensitization and verification to minimize future data mismatches.
