1.0 Department Overview

The Human Resource Management (HRM) Section under the Administration Department is responsible
for ensuring effective personnel management, staff development, and compliance with
public service regulations in Kabarole District Local Government.
The section plays a vital role in building a competent, motivated, and well-supported workforce
that can deliver high-quality services to the community.
